About Me

Hi, I’m Rachel, a Hudson Valley and Westchester County birth and postpartum doula providing compassionate, personalized support to families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. I support parents across the Hudson Valley and Westchester County, New York, helping them feel informed, confident, and empowered as they work toward their unique birth and parenting goals.
As a mother of four, I understand firsthand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to birth or parenting. My role as a doula is to meet you where you are—offering evidence-based birth support, postpartum doula care, and breastfeeding support tailored to your needs, values, and vision. I walk alongside families as they explore their birth options, navigate decision-making, and prepare for labor, birth, and life with a new baby.
I see my work as nurturing women and families throughout this transformative time. Whether you are planning a hospital birth, home birth, or birth center experience, I provide steady emotional support, practical guidance, and advocacy so you feel supported every step of the way.
In addition to my doula work, I am also a special education advocate, supporting families in the Hudson Valley and Westchester County as they navigate the special education system with confidence and clarity. When I’m not assisting families, you’ll often find me at the baseball field cheering on my three boys.
I am deeply grateful for every family who invites me into such an intimate season of their lives. If you are looking for a trusted birth and postpartum doula in the Hudson Valley or Westchester County, NY, it would be an honor and a privilege to support you through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey.
