About Me

Hi, I am Rachel, a birth and postpartum doula,  who strives to assist parents in achieving their birth and parenting goals no matter what those goals are. As a mom of four she knows there is not a one size fits all approach to birth and parenting. Rachel shares her wisdom and understanding of birth, breastfeeding, and parenting to advise and support women in their decision-making process. She sees her work as nurturing women as they explore their birth visions and walking with them as they uncover their own practices.

When I am not assisting families I can be found on the baseball field where I have 3 boys that play. I am also a special education advocate and assist parents in navigating the world of special education.
