Overnight postpartum services offering baby and birthing person care helping with nursing if needed. Getting up with baby over night, changing feeding and putting back to sleep.

Group Birth Education

Five hour group birth education provided in various locations throughout the Hudson Valley

Lactation

Assisting with positioning, latch and pumping support. Referral to lactation consultants if needed

Private Birth Education

Three- Five hour private birth education course either in clients home or locations through out the Hudson Valley

Birth Doula

Providing non-medical support to pregnant person before, during and after delivery. Helping families handle the pysical and emotional issues during pregnancy in a non judgemental, positive manor.

Birth Planning

Private Birth Planning. Ninety Minute consult to develop birth plan.
